Payments are non-refundable. In case of a cancellation, deposits are held for up to 4 months with the chance of utilisation of the booking within that time frame, vacancy provided.

The number of nights booked has to be the same like the initial booking.

If rates are higher than at the time of the booked period the price difference has to be paid.
